given up to the parties before the Masters delivers the other letters in his charge to the
Post Office . _ As to such other letters the regulations the 3 & 4 Vict: C 96 s 36 should be
complied with . The term "outward bound": used in the 35th and 36th sections is declared by the interpretation clause See 7th
